01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between pkr999 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses or uses the pkr999 online gaming platform accessible at pkr999.bio and any associated subdomains or applications.

This Agreement is effective upon the earlier of: (a) the date on which you complete the account registration process on pkr999, or (b) the date on which you first access or use any feature of the pkr999 platform, whether or not you have completed registration.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the pkr999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and form part of the binding legal relationship between the Player and pkr999.

pkr999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice beyond a reasonable notification on the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review the current version of this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the pkr999 platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The pkr999 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. pkr999 enforces age verification via Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) as part of the mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process that must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

If pkr999 determines at any stage that a registered account holder is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any balance in the account at the time of closure, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds , will be forfeited pending investigation. pkr999 will cooperate fully with any relevant authority investigating underage gambling incidents.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on the pkr999 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or any other method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkr999 reserves the right to immediately suspend all associated accounts, consolidate balances, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and permanently close all but the original verified account. Deliberate multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses may be referred for fraud investigation.

2.3 Registration Information

At the time of registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any registered information changes. pkr999 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The pkr999 platform is operated for and marketed to Pakistani players. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the pkr999 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. pkr999 makes no representations that its services are appropriate or available for use outside of the intended markets. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

All transactions and bets placed using your pkr999 account credentials are considered to have been authorised by you. pkr999 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

You must notify pkr999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your credentials have been compromised, or that any unauthorised transaction has been made on your account. pkr999 will investigate all such reports and may temporarily suspend the affected account during the investigation period.

pkr999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from pkr999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

pkr999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, and standard interbank bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. pkr999 does not charge deposit fees on standard payment channels, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a compliance review. pkr999 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to fund your account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on pkr999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees only. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the same individual as the registered pkr999 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Before any withdrawal is processed, Players must complete the pkr999 KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, which includes submission of a clear copy of a valid CNIC, a selfie with the CNIC, and proof of the payment method to be used for withdrawal. pkr999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Under 5 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank / Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

pkr999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of security or compliance checks. Players will be notified of any such delay and provided with a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on pkr999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. There are no hidden currency conversion charges applied by pkr999 at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process.

05 Bonus & Promotions Policy

pkr999 offers a range of promotional bonuses, reload offers, free bet credits, and VIP loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page, which should be read in full before claiming any offer.

The following general conditions apply to all pkr999 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in an offer's specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 or above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless otherwise stated.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each offer. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus balance.
• pkr999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting using platform bonuses, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the pkr999 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. By placing a bet on pkr999, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules and accept the outcome as final.

• Sports Betting: All cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports bets are settled in accordance with official competition results as reported by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, pkr999's decision on the applicable result shall be final.
• Live In-Play Betting: Bets placed during live events are accepted at pkr999's discretion. pkr999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a suspension will stand.
• Casino & Slot Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in the game information panels.
• Lucky Bingo: Bingo draws are conducted in real time with results verifiable by all participating players. No pkr999 employee may participate in any bingo draw.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Stake limits for each game and market are displayed within the platform at the time of bet placement. pkr999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, pkr999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr999 platform:

• Registering more than one account or providing false registration information.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or share information in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known platform error must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of pkr999 as a conduit for proceeds of criminal activity.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pkr999 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the pkr999 platform or its underlying software.

pkr999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulators. Where there is reasonable suspicion of criminal activity, pkr999 will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and freeze the account pending investigation.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr999 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, software, databases, and user interfaces, is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr999 or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the pkr999 platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, modification, public display, or distribution of any pkr999 content.

Any unauthorised use of pkr999's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose the offending party to civil and criminal liability.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr999, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the pkr999 platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
• Any technical failure, interruption, or delay in the operation of the platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any outcome of any bet or game played on the platform.

pkr999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkr999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit pkr999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by pkr999

pkr999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• There is a breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• pkr999 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• The Player is found to be under the age of 21.
• The Player has self-excluded through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

In cases of account closure due to a Player's breach of these terms, pkr999 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the account is closed for any other reason, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of KYC verification.

10.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request voluntary closure of their pkr999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, pkr999 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded after deduction of any applicable pending wagering requirement obligations. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11 Responsible Gaming

pkr999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The Company provides a range of tools to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the platform settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods to prevent excessive spending.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration reminders that trigger notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of the current session and net gaming result.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the pkr999 platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.
• Account Cooling-Off: A short-term account pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days is available for Players who need a brief break without committing to full self-exclusion.

pkr999 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmitted between your device and the pkr999 platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.

pkr999 will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, identity verification providers, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or legitimate business necessity. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pkr999's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Players agree that any dispute shall first be submitted to pkr999's internal dispute resolution process before any other recourse is sought.

To initiate a dispute, Players must submit a written complaint to [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including the relevant account details, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. pkr999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 calendar days.

If a Player is dissatisfied with pkr999's response, the dispute may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated under pkr999's international gaming licence. pkr999's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes governed by certified RNG technology shall be final and binding, subject to manifest error.
